Last updated: January 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the DemoCars platform. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

DemoCars is an online marketplace that connects buyers with verified Australian dealerships offering demo and near-new vehicles. DemoCars is not a vehicle dealer and does not own, inspect, or sell vehicles directly.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using DemoCars, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
  • You must not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Dealer Accounts & Subscriptions

Dealership accounts may require subscription fees to list and publish vehicles. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and payment processing are governed by the applicable dealer agreement.

DemoCars reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts for breach of these Terms.

5. Vehicle Listings & Accuracy

Vehicle details, pricing, and availability are provided by dealerships. While we aim to ensure accuracy, DemoCars does not guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free.

6. Transactions

Any vehicle purchase transaction occurs directly between the buyer and the dealership. DemoCars is not a party to the transaction and accepts no responsibility for contractual disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of DemoCars or its licensors and is protected under Australian copyright and intellectual property laws.
